Pysl is also a nice little app for jailbroken users — you can blacklist phone numbers (that aren't necessarily in your address book) and keep SMS and phone calls secret. Log into the app, enter the password, and the SMS history and call logs are there.

No need to delete them, perfect for when "your Aunt" calls.

Instruction:-
Make sure you uninstall it completely.
- Go to "/private/var/mobile/Library and delete folder "iLog"
- Go to "/private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences"
- Delete "com.iXtension.iLog.plist"
- Install iLog and get it demo or continue demo
- Apply the crack for "iLog" (set it to 755) and replace iLogLib.dylib in folder "Support"
